Maher caricatures the genitals of Arnold, Palin, Romney, Christie and Trump

In the midst of the hoopla over the so-called “Weinergate” scandal, which an ill-advised tweet was sent from New York Democratic Rep. Anthony Weiner’s Twitter account, some are attempting to get questions answered about the specifics. However, what about questions of the politics?

Weiner, who still has aspirations to be mayor of New York City despite an unsuccessful attempt in 2005, still can be mayor according to HBO “Real Time” host Bill Maher. On his Friday night show, Maher explained there is some history in New York of men exposing themselves.

“I think, first of all, he wants to be mayor of New York,” Maher said. “I think he’d be a great mayor of New York. I happen to be a big fan of Anthony Weiner. And I think New Yorkers don’t care about seeing — I mean they’re used to guys on the subway. You know, before there was Twitter there was the thing called the raincoat, remember?”

However, the “Real Time” host also offered viewers a glimpse of what other politicians’ genitals might look like, including former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and real estate mogul Donald Trump.

“Anyway, we found out that other politicians have also tweeted their genitals,” Maher said. “Would you like to see some of their –”
