Kristin Cavallari, ‘The Hills’ star turned fashionista, strutted her stuff on the Diesel runway in a cobalt blue glass bikini Thursday to commence Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim in Miami. The stunning starlet cited daily treadmill workouts and cutting out alcohol as the secret behind her runway-ready bod. Despite her supermodel physique, Cavallari told People magazine that she was nervous about wearing the scandalous swimwear on the runway.
“This is the first time I have ever walked a runway in a bathing suit,” Cavallari said. “The glass sort of cut into my skin, and I was really nervous.”
The blond beauty isn’t just walking down the runway: She’s also preparing to walk down the aisle! The 24-year-old announced her engagement to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler in April, and the pair are set to wed next spring. Cavallari said she fell in love with the NFL star because he made her feel more confident with herself.
“He makes me feel comfortable. I’ve dated other guys, and I’ve felt like I’m not skinny enough,” said the star. “But with Jay, I’ve always felt really comfortable in my skin.”
