Conservative filmmaker James O’Keefe released the second installment in his Medicaid fraud video investigation Tuesday. The new footage shows a government employee in South Carolina assisting a man who described himself as a member of the Irish Republican Army (IRA) with Medicaid applications — ostensibly for 25 IRA members he flew into the U.S.

The man said his 25 IRA associates, who he said were Irish citizens, were “shot up in gunfire in a skirmish.” He said he “exports arms” to Ireland to help the IRA. In response, the woman in the Charleston, South Carolina, Medicaid office said she would keep his activities confidential. (New O’Keefe investigation uncovers Medicaid fraud)

“It is definitely not in my own best interest to divulge anything to anyone because I could not afford it,” said Delia Reel, the human service specialist. “I do not want to go to jail, so, I don’t know anything.”

O’Keefe told The Daily Caller the man posing as an IRA member went to three offices: Charleston and Somerville, South Carolina, and Raleigh, North Carolina. O’Keefe said he wore the kilt costume seen at the beginning of the tape in both South Carolina offices and the North Carolina office. In a to-be-released video from Maine, the man did not wear the kilt costume.*

This new video contains the full Charleston sting and includes unedited footage at the end. It also features small clips from the Somerville and Raleigh investigations. O’Keefe said he plans to release those videos soon.

*This story has been corrected to reflect that the man posing as a member of the IRA did wear the kilt costume in both South Carolina offices and in the North Carolina office. O’Keefe originally told TheDC the man only wore the costume in South Carolina.
