Fox News host Greta Van Susteren will mingle with a sea of celebrities this weekend at “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star Kim Kardashian’s wedding.

According to Politico, Van Susteren received an invitation to the high profile ceremony, which is scheduled to take place Saturday. Van Susteren’s husband John Coale told the publication that he had developed a friendship with the 30-year-old reality star a few years back at the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner.

Coale confirmed to The Daily Caller via email that he and wife Van Susteren will indeed attend Kardashian’s upcoming nuptials.

“Yes we [are] on our way to Kim’s wedding,” Coale told TheDC. “We took her to [the WHCAD] a few years ago. I became friends with her and we email on a regular basis.”

Coale expects to have a ball at the gathering.

“The wedding should be a hell of a lot of fun,” Coale told TheDC. “Great change up for Greta and me.”

When asked by TheDC if he was surprised to score an invite to the big-time celeb’s special day, Coale said he was “not surprised.”

Kardashian, who is set to tie the knot with NBA player Kris Humphries, went to last year’s White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner as Van Susteren’s guest. Humphries and Kardashian announced their engagement less than three months ago. According to X17Online, the lovebirds will exchange vows at a $29 million estate in Montecito, Calif. At the 2010 dinner, Kardashian also met pop sensation Justin Bieber, who was 16 years old at the time.

“I officially have Bieber fever!” Kardashian tweeted that night.
