Who leaked? Summers or Orszag?

Ed Rollins has nothing on …: WaPo summarizes a good anecdote from Ron Suskind’s Obama book:

Meeting over dinner at the Bombay Club one night, [Lawrence] Summers told [Peter] Orszag that “we’re really home alone,” according to the book. “I mean it,” Summers said. “We’re home alone. There’s no adult in charge. Clinton would never have made these mistakes.”

Hmm. There were from all appearances only two people in this conversation. Which one leaked it to Suskind? Why would Summers lovingly leak his own quote as if it were good dish? Wouldn’t he just tell Suskind, “We were home alone,” etc.? That leaves …. P.S.: Orszag was certainly a source of Suskind’s, since according to WaPo he’s quoted on the record about another Summers incident. …
