Are you completely devastated? You won’t find former president Bill Clinton bumping and grinding on “Dancing With the Stars” anytime soon, as the Arkansas native says he is too busy for the popular reality program.

During a Tuesday appearance on “The Rachael Ray Show,” the 65-year-old said he declined the show’s request to participate in the hit series because he doesn’t have the time to perfect his dance moves. (RELATED: Bristol Palin hits ‘Dancing with the Stars’ rehearsal studio with son Tripp)

“I told them I didn’t have the time to train for it,” Clinton said. “You know you actually go out there and train — you really work at it. So I had to pass.”

Though too swamped to flaunt his dancing skills on reality TV, the liberal politico would like to become a tango savant.

“I would like to master the tango … Just last night Hillary said to me, ‘You know, when I’m not secretary of state anymore, we should go take dancing lessons,'” Bill Clinton said. “So we’ll start with the tango.”

Bill Clinton isn’t the first to say no to “Dancing With the Stars.” Former Secretary of State Condi Rice, conservative commentator Ann Coulter, “Halloween” actress Jamie Lee Curtis, Facebook creator Mark Zuckerberg, “Home Improvement” star Tim Allen and former GOP senate candidate Christine O’Donnell reportedly turned down the show.
