Barone sat down for an interview with TheDC’s Ginni Thomas and explained how — and why — public opinion has seen such huge political shifts during the last five years.
“We have moved into an era of what I call ‘open field’ politics,” Barone told TheDC, “and in that period we’ve seen a lot of oscillation of voter opinion.”
