Presidential politics played out on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives Thursday, as Illinois Democratic Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr. introduced a resolution “condemning” 2012 GOP presidential hopeful Texas Gov. Rick Perry for his association with a hunting ranch marked by a rock with a racial slur allegedly inscribed on it.

A draft of the resolution reads as follow:

Condemning Texas Governor Rick Perry for using a secluded West Texas hinting camp as a place to host lawmakers, friends and supporters on hunting trips at a place known by the name painted in block letters across a large, flat rock standing upright at its gated entrance called “Niggerhead.”
