“I don’t have a definitive answer,” Perry said in an interview with Parade magazine, after being pressed for a firm answer on whether he thought Obama was born in the United States.
When the interviewer suggested that Perry has seen Obama’s birth certificate, Perry replied, “I don’t know. Have I?”
