John Michael Paul appeared in federal court in Rochester for the first time to answer to the charges.
I-Team 10 spoke briefly with him in the hallway before court began and observed him in the courtroom and he appeared to be friendly and at ease in conversing with people. But authorities say his tone was anything but friendly when he made a phone call to Kodak’s investor relations line back in September.
The FBI says Paul left a recorded message intended for Kodak CEO Antonio Perez, saying he would put a “bullet in his head.”
