Nestled between the marquees of Broadway advertising classic musicals like “Phantom of the Opera” and “Les Miserables,” there may soon be an unexpected name in the neon lights.
He has shown off his fighting chops in the boxing ring, his proclivity towards facial tattoos and even his acting chops in “The Hangover.” Now, former undisputed heavyweight champion of the world Mike Tyson may soon appear on the Great White Way.
Next month, Tyson’s one-man show, “Undisputed Truth,” will premiere in a six-day run at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. But sources tell TMZ that his people are in talks to move the show east, and are hoping to land a spot on Broadway.
We’ll be in the front row if there is a guarantee that Tyson will perform on the air drums to Phil Collins.
