In DC, you can vote as pretty much anybody you claim to be

P.S. Actually, my headline is incorrect. These guys didn’t claim to be Bill Maher, David Brock, etc. They just asked if the poll workers had those names. They didn’t impersonate anybody and they didn’t vote under anybody else’s name. They just showed how easy it is to do.
