Elvis Presley’s former crypt at the Forest Hill Cemetery in Memphis, Tenn., is up for auction, the New York Post reports. Presley’s body occupied the tomb for two short months after his death in 1977, but he was then moved permanently to his Graceland home.
The tomb is being sold as part of Julien’s Auctions “Music Icons” sale in late June.
The lucky winner of the auction will be laid to rest in the grand marble and granite mausoleum, and have access to the cemetery’s chapel for funeral services.
