Former porn star and male prostitute Luka Rocco Magnotta is the number one suspect in the murder of a man whose body parts were subsequently mailed to political parties via Canadian post, according to The Guardian.

The victim is apparently a white male, who may have been an acquaintance of Magnotta. Police are still attempting to make a DNA match on the dismembered victim, however.

Magnotta is a well-known internet figure, even being accused at one point of suffocating kittens and putting up the video on the internet. Magnotta has several internet aliases, and may have even posted a video of the dismemberment on the internet.

Police searched Magnotta’s apartment, discovering a gruesome scene that seemed to contain the remnants of the victim’s grotesque fate.

The suspect supposedly dismembered the body, left the torso in an alley and sent the left foot to Canada’s Conservative party. Police discovered a human hand on its way to the Liberal party at a Canada Post outlet. A building maintenance worker discovered the torso in a suitcase, stating: “I noticed that the smell was very strong. A neighbor and I decided to open it. There was a torso, but no arms, head or legs.” Eh.

“Conservative party staff are very upset and disturbed by what happened yesterday” according to Fred DeLorey, director of communications for the party.

Police think there may be more body parts in the mail.
