It would appear that President Obama took a page out of Carly Rae Jepsen’s songbook.
YouTube user baracksdubs gave the president the mashup treatment to form the lyrics of the catchy song, “Call Me Maybe.” Baracksdubs morphed various presidential speeches together, added instrumental music, and Obama magically became the singer of the hit pop song.
“I mashup presidential speaches to the tune of popular music, based on commenter requests,” according to Baracksdubs’ YouTube bio. He has also posted equally entertaining videos that include Obama singing “Sexy and I Know It,” “Born This Way,” and “Drink to That.”
