This is just what Octomom needs: more legal trouble.

Nadya “Octomom” Suleman planned to perform topless for three nights at T’s Lounge in West Palm Beach, Fla., but cancelled her stripping gig in early June because an employee at the club trashed talked her on TV.

Now the strip club is threatening to sue Suleman for pulling out of their deal, TMZ reports.

A lawyer for T’s Lounge sent a letter to representatives for the mother of 14 claiming she neglected to give the club a written notice of her cancellation. The letter threatens legal action if she doesn’t honor the contract and perform as scheduled.

“Nadya will not be appearing at this club in July or in the future,” a rep for the Octomom told TMZ, “Nadya felt defamed and was in fear of her life to step into a club where they have already set a negative tone.”
