That is unless the wind isn’t cooperating — at all.
The Joliet Slammers grounds crew couldn’t seem to keep the tarp on the field Tuesday when heavy winds hit the Illinois stadium.
As the crew attempted to keep the tarp from blowing away, a particularly large gust swept the crew off their feet, entangling some within the tarp.
