The 2012 Emmy nominations were announced Thursday, and while some of our favorites — “Mad Men,” “Veep,” “Downton Abbey” — got some love, there were several glaring omissions from the nominees list.
The day that the “The Big Bang Theory” goes off the air can’t possibly come soon enough. Until then, that succubus of clever writing and humor will keep snatching up all of the comedy nominations that should go to shows like “Community” and “Parks and Recreation.”
As for the dramas, “Mad Men” was so good this season that it should have been nominated for just about every category. But, hey, beggars can’t be choosers. However, if beggars could be choosers, this list would be very different.
Now someone call the police — because these 10 shows and actors were ROBBED.
