A popular Democratic talking point is that Republicans use fear of the other (other people, nations, etc.) to scare people into supporting policies and politicians they would otherwise avoid.
That makes the above ad, from Priorities USA (a pro-Obama Super PAC), especially ironic. Xenophobia and fear-mongering at their best (or worst?)
