Robert Pattinson finally came out of his hiding place at Reese Witherspoon’s palatial mansion to give his first interview since that cheating harlot Kristen Stewart trampled all over his vampire heart.
The actor appeared Monday night on “The Daily Show” to promote his latest anti-“Twilight” film, “Cosmopolis.” Host Jon Stewart had two pints of ice cream ready for the heartbroken actor and told him, “We’re just a couple of gals talking. Tell me everything.”
Pattinson cracked a smile and tried to divert the subject several times during the interview, saying, “I’m trying to avoid eating this, I’m going to split my Spanx.” Then, everyone in the audience laughed because he is so British and cute and sensitive.
The actor laughed nervously (but oh so adorably!) and said that he should have hired a publicist for the interview so it could have been scripted.
Stewart then offered Pattinson a piece of advice: “The last time I had a break-up, Ben & Jerry’s took me through some of the tougher times, so I thought you and I could bond over this and talk about ‘Boy you are better off, kick her to the curb.’”
