Just days ago, Lindsay Lohan was named as an official suspect in the Case of the Missing Men’s Metrosexual Accessories.

But because the actress is spared from suffering any real consequences for any of her actions, the Los Angles County district attorney will not proceed with the case because there is insufficient evidence against her.

While the actress narrowly escaped brand new criminal charges, it turns out that she is now homeless.

The upscale L.A. hotel Chateau Marmont kicked Lohan out for failing to pay her $46,350.04 bill, TMZ reports.

According to a letter from the Chateau’s general manager, Lohan did not pay for her 47-day stay in June and July. On Aug. 1, the actress was told to leave the property:

“As we have made repeated attempts to resolve this pressing matter over the last few weeks without any resolution, I regret to inform you that we will no longer be able to extend any further credit for you to remain in the hotel…until we get the matter of your outstanding debt paid, know that we will be unable to host you on our property or in the restaurant.”

According to the bill attached to the letter, Lohan racked up charges at the hotel’s restaurant — $1,992 on July 4 alone — spent hundreds of dollars per day on the minibar in her room and bought a $686 worth of cigarettes.
