The 42 countries Mitt Romney considers America’s allies

BOCA RATON, Fla. — During Monday night’s foreign policy-focused presidential debate, Mitt Romney referred to America’s 42 allies. The Daily Caller emailed Romney spokeswoman Andrea Saul to clarify what 42 countries Romney considers American allies.

“He means NATO Allies, Major Non-NATO Allies, and NATO contact countries,” Saul told TheDC in an email. She then provided the following list:
