He made “Obama” synonymous with “empty chair.” Obama responded with… a snarky tweet. Now Clint’s back, so shut your mouth and listen:

“In the last few years, America’s been knocked down. Twenty-three million people can’t find full-time work, and we borrow $4 billion every single day, much of it from China. When someone doesn’t get the job done, you gotta hold him accountable. Obama’s second term would be a rerun of the first, and our country just couldn’t survive that. We need someone who can turn it around fast, and that man is Mitt Romney. There’s not much time left, and the future of our country is at stake.”

You got that? I’m putting this on repeat and listening to it all day.

Mr. Eastwood, in an e-mailed statement, explained his motives. “I did the ad because I’m concerned for our country,” he said. “I really believe Mitt Romney is the kind of leader we need right now. He’s an experienced businessman, and he knows how to work with people to fix problems. It’s time to give someone else a chance to fix our country.”

The ad starts running Wednesday in seven states: Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Nevada, New Hampshire, Ohio and Virginia.

And, of course, anywhere with access to YouTube. Gee, YouTube has been giving Obama all sorts of problems lately, hasn’t it?

Can’t wait to see how the geniuses on Team Obama respond this time. Maybe Barry can say something like, “What’s that old fossil babblin’ about now? Sounds like he has Clintzheimer’s!” Because Obama is hilarious like that.

P.S. The GOP is pointing out Barry’s three B’s:
