An anonymous computer game developer has released a violent video game online called, “Bullet to the Head of the NRA,” which allows players to shoot the president of the National Rifle Association.

In a post on a website called Encylopedia Dramtica Forums, user “gizmo01942” made it clear the game was developed out of anger that the NRA has knocked the video game industry in the wake of the Sandy Hook massacre for promoting violence. The game is available as a .zip file on the forum.

In his much-publicized speech on Dec. 21, Wayne LaPierre, the organization’s CEO, said, “Isn’t fantasizing about killing people as a way to get your kicks really the filthiest form of pornography?”

Those comments apparently really ticked off some online video game developers. The person who developed it referred to online as “a demo where you get to shoot some of the NRA’s actual key members in response to them blaming violence on video games.”

“I really want to shoot Wayne [LaPierre] in the head in a video game because I’m pissed about how he and others on his side have blamed violence on video games,” the user said on the forum.

Players use a scope to take aim at NRA president:

The developer made it clear that the game was developed in the hopes that it would get publicity. “I want to get it done and released ahead [sic] as quickly as possible, in part because I wanna see the man wet his pants on television and bitch about being victimized in a video game,” the user said of LaPierre.

After it was released, the user asked other forum users to, “Share this everywhere, especially gun-nut and anti-game websites. Also see if you can’t send it in to the NRA somehow, like through the feedback on their website or something.”

NRA President David Keene is clearly depicted in this shocking game:

NRA President David Keene appears to actually be the person users can shoot in the game. Townhall reported the existence of the game on Tuesday.

Shocking video game depicts violent death for NRA president:

Perhaps even more stunning, the user “gizmo01942” is apparently working on a game based upon the Newtown, Conn. elementary school shooting in December with the working title, “Class Warfare.”

“So now I’m trying to recreate the tragic events that happened in Newtown Connecticut using a video game,” the user wrote on Dec. 15, asking for help on layout information for the school.

“I need any information you can find on the layout of the school, what it looked like inside and out, how big their classes typically were,” gizmo01942 wrote.
