In an exclusive interview with The Daily Caller’s Ginni Thomas, progressive-turned-outspoken conservative Brandon Darby said liberals are trying to portray fundamental principles of capitalism as racist tropes.
Darby rose to prominence when he became an FBI informant and testified in court about the conspiracy to bomb the 2008 GOP convention with homemade Molotov cocktails.
“[The left] is going to find a way to tackle capitalism, and we can’t do it directly, so what we are going to do is frame it as racist,” Darby said. “We are going to develop critical-race analysis, and we’re going to say that ‘communities of color’ are about sharing and the ‘European white’ is about hoarding, and anything that is hoarding and about being for yourself is racist.”
