Detroit forward Doug Anderson put on a show at the college slam dunk contest in Atlanta Thursday night.
The 6’6″ senior’s performance far outshone his professional counterparts that participate in what has become a stale NBA All-Star Weekend tradition each February.
Perhaps next year Anderson will graduate to the professional dunk contest and inject some much needed pizzazz.
Anderson’s highlight dunk — if one was forced to pick just one — was certainly his 360 between-the-legs slam that ended his impressive night.
All of Anderson’s dunks received perfect scores from judges.
One can only hope there is a lot more from where this came from.
