Clippers guard Jamal Crawford got a double dose of goodness in last night’s pounding of the Portland Trailblazers.
First came the pass — a no-look, over-the-shoulder assist to center Ryan Hollins, who finished the play with an exciting and-one dunk.
Then came a celebration tour that included longtime Clippers fan Billy Crystal, who offered Crawford a congratulatory high-five.
Crystal has long been the Clippers’ answer to perpetually court-side Lakers fan Jack Nicholson.
For the first time in forever, Crystal has more to celebrate than fellow Hollywooder Nicholson, whose Lakers have been out-shined this season by the Clippers.
Only in L.A. would you find high-flying dunks punctuated with celebrity high-fives during game play.
