According to an article from Adam Serwer of Mother Jones magazine, the now-deceased suspect in Monday’s Boston Marathon bombing, Tamerlan Tsarnaev,  appears to have created a YouTube video touting a religious prophecy tied to al-Qaida on his YouTube page.

Serwer reports the YouTube page with the screen name muazseyfullah belongs to Tamerlan Tsarnaev, brother of the other Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. The page includes various other videos about Islam. However, one in particular is about the “The Emergence of Prophecy: The Black Flags From Khorasan,” which has been adopted by al-Qaida and other extremist Islamic elements.
