The Center for Science in the Public Interest has labeled a dish from Long John Silver’s as the “Worst Restaurant Meal in America.” The meal, called the “Big Catch,” is a large piece of breaded, fried haddock, hush puppies, and onion rings, Fox News reports.

According to the consumer advocacy group, the meal has 1300 calories, 3700 milligrams of sodium and 33 grams of trans fats. That’s more than twice the amount of trans fats in the worst dish at KFC before a 2006 lawsuit from the group forced the restaurant to stop using partially hydrogenated oil.

Long John Silver’s continues to use partially hydrogenated oil. CSPI has threatened to sue if the restaurant does not cease using the fatty oil.

“Long John Silver’s Big Catch meal deserves to be buried 20,000 leagues under the sea,” Michael F. Jacobson, CSPI’s executive director, said in a statement. “This company is taking perfectly healthy fish — and entombing it in a thick crust of batter and partially hydrogenated oil. The result? A heart attack on a hook.”

The American Heart Association recommends no more than two grams of trans fats per day.
