Obama has great ideas about economy, according to the reporters he claims told him so

This guy is running on fumes. Fortunately, he can count on the continued support of a sycophantic media.

The Hill:

President Obama said reporters praise his economic proposals as “great” and tell him they are “all good ideas.”

Obama made the remarks in a speech Wednesday in Galesburg, Ill., focused on the economy…

“It’s interesting, in the run-up to this speech, a lot of reporters say that, well, Mr. President, these are all good ideas, but some of you’ve said before; some of them sound great, but you can’t get those through Congress. Republicans won’t agree with you,” Obama said.

See, it’s not that he has no new ideas and all his old ones are terrible. If that were true, wouldn’t he hear it from the reporters who need to stay on his good side to maintain their access to him?

That is, assuming he’s telling the truth about them. And if not, what are they gonna do about it? Nothing, that’s what.

“My clothes look great,” boasted the naked emperor. “Anybody got a problem with that?”

Oh yeah, and Republicans think he’s awesome, but they just can’t say so. That’s why the economy sucks.

I can’t wait until Obama’s next speech! Each one is almost as worthwhile and honest as the last.
