The number of women publicly accusing Democratic San Diego Mayor Bob Filner of sexual harassment has reached double digits.

A tenth woman stepped forward Sunday alleging that the embattled mayor — who starts a two-week behavioral therapy program Monday — came on to her at church, San Diego’s ABC News10 reports.

Renee Estill-Sombright told the ABC affiliate that the “creepy” incident took place at La Jolla Presbyterian Church in June, at a benefit for group that assists African refugees.

“We were standing face-to-face and he held on to me and he was like, ‘You are so beautiful,'” she recalled the incident.

Estill-Sombright told News10 that, having met Filner once before, she went to go re-introduce herself. She was taken aback, however when Filner grabbed both her hands and began complementing her appearance.

“‘You are so beautiful, and I cannot take my eyes off of you,'” she quoted Filner. “‘I just cannot take my eyes off of you.'”

“I said, ‘Oh, thank you,'” she told the ABC affiliate. “I kind of felt weird.”

Filner followed it up asking if she was married, and then asked her out.

“‘Do you have a husband? Are you married?’ And I was like, that was kind of odd for him to ask me that,” said Estill-Sombright.

“And he said, ‘Well, you know this is a personal invitation. I would like to take you out sometime,'” she continued.

Estill-Sombright learned later that day from a coworker that Filner was engaged.

“I was like, the mayor came at me and she said, ‘What? He’s engaged,'” Estill-Sombright said to News10. “I said, ‘Oh my gosh, nasty, just nasty.’”

Filner’s fiancé Bronwyn Ingram broke up with Filner in July.

“All I could think is that he is a nasty dog,” she said to News10, which reports that she too is calling for Filner to resign.

Filner, who has refused to step down despite numerous calls for his resignation, has instead embarked on two-weeks of therapy, beginning Monday.
