Anthony Weiner’s sexting partner Sydney Leathers may have been exposed to HIV after sharing a sex partner with another porn actress who recently tested positive for the incurable virus.

Cameron Bay, who’s been in porn since 2010, came forward to AVN on Wednesday to admit that she may have contracted the virus, bringing all porn production and filming to a screeching halt.

The Adult Production Health and Safety Services is currently testing Bay’s sex partners to determine if the virus has spread. Until the tests come back conclusive, there will be a moratorium on filming porn, reports the New York Post. A similar shutdown of filming happened a year ago when a number of porn actors contracted syphilis.

Democratic Los Angeles assemblyman Isadore Hall III has been pushing for condom regulation in porn movies.

“Exposing workers to this type of harm would not be accepted in any other industry in this nation,” he said after Bay’s announcement.

A judge recently upheld the L.A. City Council’s requirement that all porn actors wear condoms, writing that supporters of the measure presented convincing evidence the health risks would be reduced.
