Hillary Clinton to celebrate anniversary of Benghazi attack by calling for war in Syria
That last war maybe didn’t go so well. But if at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will comment briefly on the debate over potential U.S. military action in Syria when she’s at the White House on Monday, according to a Clinton source…
Clinton will likely repeat her White House comments during her speech Tuesday night at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, the source added…
On Wednesday, her aide said “Secretary Clinton supports the president’s effort to enlist the Congress in pursuing a strong and targeted response to the Assad regime’s horrific use of chemical weapons.”
Gotta give Hill credit: At least she’s consistent.
Sure, she subsequently distanced herself from that vote, in her failed attempt to get elected in 2008. No doubt she’ll do the same thing with her stance on Syria in the run-up to 2016.
What difference, at this point, does it make?
