Apparently, partying with Terry Richardson in Paris, sleeping in between Egyptian cotton sheets in the bed next to Lady Gaga and getting up in the middle of the night to switch the pop star’s DVDs is not the same as getting paid for 7,168 hours worth of overtime.

Lady Gaga is being sued by her former best friend and assistant Jennifer O’Neill, who claims that Gaga owes her nearly half a million dollars in overtime because she was forced to do menial tasks like unpack the singer’s luggage and stand by her side as she vomited in a hotel toilet.

In response to the lawsuit, Lady Gaga filed a 200-page deposition in her own words, first obtained by The Daily Mail. “I am going to tell you exactly what fucking happened, so that the judge can read on this transcript exactly what’s going on, which is my ex-best friend is a fucking hood rat who is suing me for money that she didn’t earn. The job was essentially a favor, and Jennifer was majorly unqualified for it,” Gaga said in the deposition.

“[O’Neill] thinks she’s just like the Queen of the Universe. And, you know what? She didn’t want to be slave to one, because in my work and what I do, I’m the Queen of the Universe every day,” is something Lady Gaga actually said in a legal document.

Gaga also thinks that her former assistant was paid fairly because she lived a luxurious lifestyle that included partying with creepy photographers.

Gaga said of one night in Paris with O’Neill, “We had the best time. Jennifer was there. She hung out all night with me and Terry Richardson and tons of socialites from Paris, and she had the time of her life. I am quite wonderful to everybody who works for me, and I am completely aghast to what a disgusting human being that you have become to sue me like this.”

“Because she slept in Egyptian cotton sheets every night, in five-star hotels, on private planes, eating caviar, partying with Terry Richardson all night, wearing my clothes, asking YSL [Yves Saint Laurent] to send her free shoes without my permission, using my YSL discount without my permission.”

In the original lawsuit, O’Neill complained that she never got a day off from work. “I was by her side virtually 24 hours a day, seven days a week. That includes sleeping in the same bed with her because she did not sleep alone.”

According to Gaga, that is not her problem “You know, I did six shows a week and I make a lot of money. I work. I work 24 hours a day. I’m not [the one] standing next to [someone] holding tea, waiting for them to take a sip, that is not what I do. Not that people that do that don’t deserve their pay, but I’m just pointing out that I deserve everything that I’ve worked for. I deserve every dollar of it. And she deserves every one of her $75,000 that we agreed to. But she does not deserve a penny more.”
