0.4 percent of visitors enrolled in Obamacare in first week

99.6 percent of visitors to did not enroll in Obamacare during the health care law’s first week and less than 1 percent of the people who attempted to enroll actually completed enrollment on the glitch-ridden online exchanges, according to a new analysis.

9.47 million people visited during the week ending October 5.

While 5.68 million people visited the individual marketplace, only 3.72 million attempted to register, 1.01 million completed registration, 271,000 successfully logged in, 196,000 began enrollment, and 36,000 completed enrollment, according to an analysis by Millward Brown Digital — formerly Compete, Inc. — a division of the market research company Kantar Group.
