When you’re on a plane that crashes into another plane mid-air, it helps to know how to skydive.
That’s what happened Saturday in the air over Wisconsin, when two planes that were a part of a routine skydiving run collided with each other, sending nine skydivers and two pilots plummeting toward the earth, NBC News reports.
All 11 occupants landed successfully, with the pilot of one plane able to land and the other pilot able to parachute. The investigation of the cause of the wreck is ongoing.
Mike Robinson, one of the passengers who estimates he has over 900 skydives under his belt, told NBC news that, “The outcome for us was as good as it could be.”
