Toronto Mayor Rob Ford and Congressman Trey Radel have been in the news a lot lately for their preference for crack cocaine, but they don’t have anything on Japan’s affinity for the white stuff.

A local in Yokosuka, Japan found four backpacks full of 80 kilos of cocaine on a beach in the Kanagawa Prefecture on Tuesday, Kotaku reports via Fuji News Network. This totaled to roughly $48 million, or $4.8 billion yen, worth of drugs.

Kanagawa Prefecture police are investigating the case on suspicion of narcotic law violation. According to Kotaku, this is the largest illegal drug seizure in Japan’s history.
