University of Central Florida running back William Stanback scored a massive hit against a Rutgers defensive back in Thursday night’s game. The freshman was clearly focused on nothing other than running that ball when he trucked directly into freshman Anthony Cioffi.
Stanback managed to secure the first down before being pushed out of bounds after about a 20-yard carry. Neither Stanback or Cioffi seem the worse for wear, but that has to be one of the most solid hits in college football this whole season.
The UCF Knights trounced Rutgers’ Scarlet Knights 41-17, making UCF’s record an impressive 9-1.
