“Sex with Google Glass” is a new creepily voyeuristic app for the wearable tech that lets users watch and record themselves having sex through their perspective or that of their partners.
According to glassandsex.com, the steamy app’s website, users just have to say “ok glass, it’s time” to begin streaming the video feed to and from their partner’s Google Glass. The command “ok glass, pull out” stops the feed.
“Having sex with Google Glass on brings a completely new perspective,” the website reads. “Experience sex like never before. Simply swipe to a new perspective. And enjoy the new view. When you connect your phone, you can even see what it’s like from any angle.”
For users that want to get really creative, the command “ok glass, give me ideas” opens up options for interfacing with other smart home devices to control music, lighting, and even calling up pages from the “Kama Sutra.”
“We want to change the way people experience things,” the site explains. “We love using design and strategy to disrupt at scale. So when we asked ourselves the question ‘How can we make sex more awesome with Google Glass?’ We came up with ‘Sex with Glass.’ This project was created at a Wearable Tech Hackathon in London.”
When given the command, Google Glass will automatically compile the footage into a video watchable for five hours before automatically deleting it.
Potential voyeurs still waiting to get their hands on a pair of Google Glasses can apply to download the free iPhone app when it becomes available on the developer’s website.
