The packaging of pills that promise to boost men’s libido and sexual function in Pakistan feature President Barack Obama’s face, according to a new report.
Agence France-Presse reports that the sale of contraband Viagra in Pakistan — where it is illegal — is booming in northern Pakistan and a Peshawar market is currently selling pills and gels with images of President Obama on the packages.

“People use it because these pills have several characteristics they help anyone who is unable to have sex they improve the duration for people who have destroyed their youth through masturbation. So people use it to improve their staying power to 30 minutes or one hour,” Peshwar resident Ehsan Ullah told AFP.
AFP reports that the sale of these pills are “booming” in the conservative area, where they are smuggled from Afghanistan, and while some of the drugs are exact replicas of Viagra, others are unknown chemicals that can cause users harm, including paralysis, as some residents told the outlet.
