Two anchors at KTLA in Southern California went into shell shock mode on air just after dawn this morning.
The reason? EARTHQUAKE! “Earthquake! We’re having an earthquake!” one of the anchors, Chris Schauble, yelled out as nature struck just outside of Los Angeles while they were on air as his co-anchor, Megan Henderson, while visibly alarmed, appeared far more calm.
Please notice the male anchor, who appears to be more frightened than anyone in the room. We had no idea just how large a person’s pupil’s could get when faced with “some sort of falling ceiling” from the rafters.
The quake was 4.4. magnitude on the Richter scale.
Watch the anchors dive under the desk.
