Billionaire and Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay was arrested Sunday for driving while intoxicated.

Police said they saw Irsay’s vehicle driving very slowly and stopping in the middle of the road in an Indianapolis suburb.

Police said he failed multiple roadside sobriety tests before being arrested, reports Fox Sports. They found multiple prescription bottles as well as prescription drugs that didn’t match the bottles.

In 2002, Irsay admitted to becoming addicted to opiate painkillers after a number of foot surgeries, but said he had sought medical help to overcome the addiction. He claims he hasn’t had alcohol in over 15 years.

He is being held on a $22,500 bond and the NFL has said that he may face an official reprimand from the organization. His net worth is estimated to be $1.6 billion.

Irsay, 54, became owner of the Colts in 1997 after his father died.
