MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” crew released a new “Morning Jolt” video this morning. It’s raising eyebrows, including their own.
“It makes people talk. It is what it is,” said co-host Mika Brzezinksi on the “Morning Joe” hosts being a family. The comment introduced the video highlighting the hosts waking up at 2:30 a.m. and making their way to work each day.
At least according to the video, Mika spends a lot of time all discombobulated in a short black dress and phoning the other hosts. They never pick up and Joe has a lot of cell phones hurled into a toilet. Willie Geist trips and winds up in a sling. Like most morning shows, Joe Scarborough, who doesn’t get to work by boat, but does in the video, stressed that they’re family. An odd family, but family nonetheless.
Mika: “You can see how much we love each other behind the scenes. It’s like, we’re sort of like an intimate family.” Joe: “It makes me uncomfortable.” Mika: “It’s a little bit weird.” Joe: “Incestuous.” Mika: “Kissing cousins.”
