WTVA meteorologist Matt Laubhan was trying to keep viewers in Tupelo, Miss., updated on a tornado warning Monday when he and his producers were forced to evacuate the newsroom when the tornado touched down near the news station’s building.

The broadcast cut out for a few seconds, but came back on air in time to see Laubhan instruct others in the studio, “Basement, now. Let’s go.”

The Wire was able to find footage of the mid-broadcast evacuation. Luckily, no fatalities in Tupelo have been reported.
