Mark Halperin got a little creepy on Morning Joe on Friday morning.
With a wide grin on his face, the MSNBC analyst appeared to simulate the act of masturbation with a plastic spoon until chided by host Joe Scarborough.
“You got to stop doing that, OK? We’re on the air,” Scarborough said.
