There is at least one man in Cleveland, Ohio, who does not like freedom.

Jerome Hickman had been held in the Cleveland Municipal Court for three days on a disorderly conduct charge from 2010, 19 Action News reports.

Hickman went before Judge Pauline Tarver, who credited him for time served while he waited in jail. While most people would be relieved, excited, even, to be able to walk free, Hickman was not having any of it.

When Hickman exited the court moments later, he immediately sucker punched a court official. Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Hickman again, and he now faces felony charges.
