The Baltimore Oriole’s third baseman, Manny Machado, stirred up trouble during his team’s weekend series against the Baltimore Orioles.

During Sunday’s game, the A’s were winning 10-0 at the bottom of the eighth inning. Oakland pitcher Fernando Abad threw a low pitch to Orioles third baseman Manny Machado, almost hitting his ankles.

Abad’s next pitch reportedly led to Machado “losing control” of his bat, according to The Bleacher Report. Both teams, as well as the bullpens, immediately stormed the field. Machado and Abad were both ejected from the remainder of the game.

Machado was involved in a similar incident on Friday night’s game against the A’s. Machado slammed his helmet down after being tagged by Oakland third baseman Josh Donaldson. The bullpens, once again, had to rush the field in order to stop the altercation.

Luckily, these two teams only have to meet once more during the first series in July. The game is scheduled for Oakland.
