After his drunken escapade Thursday night, Shia LaBeouf has reportedly checked himself into a rehab facility, accordin to X17 Online.

The actor checked into a “celebrity-frequented treatment facility” in Hollywood Monday afternoon. The report said LaBeouf is believed to have been driven to the facility by an employee of the rehab center, and he had been seen earlier carrying an “Alcoholics Anonymous” book.

LaBeouf was arrested Thursday after an erratic outburst during a Broadway performance, where he told police officers afterward he would “fuck them up.” He was back in Los Angeles Sunday night after being released.

LaBeouf’s check-in comes as no surprise in light of his recent chaotic history. His celebrity has transformed from the 90s Disney star in the popular series “Even Stevens,” to 2003’s “Holes,” and on to movies like “Transformers” and “Lawless.”

Then in 2007 he was intoxicated and refused to leave a Walgreens. In January 2014, he announced he was retiring from public life after he plagiarized the comic Daniel Clowes (he also plagiarized the apology about plagiarizing), and then a short four days later he took it back. A month later he donned a paper bag over his head at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival that read “I’m not famous anymore.”
