Lindsay Lohan is suing Rockstar Games, maker of Grand Theft Auto, and its owner Take-Two Interactive because of a character in the game that she feels too closely resembles her.

No, it’s not because the game features a red-headed driver who strikes a pedestrian and flees the scene. The game features a mission where Lohan’s lookalike asks another character to help her “escape the paparazzi.”

Page Six reports that the likeness, named Lacey Jones, portrays a vain actress lives at the same Hotel Chateau Marmont in West Hollwood that Lohan used to live in, and still visits often. The suit was rumored last December after her representative said she was crafting it after the release of the game’s fifth edition.

Lohan is seeking monetary damages in the case.
