Kanye West was the stand-in for Drake after he fell ill at the Wireless festival in London this weekend, and naturally he went on a rant mid-performance because he’s Kanye West. Of course, he took it to a whole new level of rant when he compared having the paparazzi take his picture to being raped.
West said this outrageous phrase, with some keyboard accompaniment:
“I want to bring my family to the movies without 30 motherfuckers following me. Everybody here, they like sex right? Sex is great when you and your partner are like, ‘Hey, this is what we both want to do.’ But if one of those people don’t want to do that, what is that called? That’s called rape. That is called violation.”
He also said he was worried that the incessant paparazzi presence could affect his daughter North’s future, but maybe he should be more worried that one day she’ll listen to all of his rants. Or see how he wore a bejeweled mask.
Meanwhile, Kim was desperate to get out of the Hamptons so she could post selfies on Instagram.
